Insurance:
We accept dental insurance. We will file all dental claims for
you and accept assignment of benefits as long as your insurer will direct
payment to our office.
Dental insurance benefits are a contract between your employer and the insurance
company. Our office has no say in this process. Deductibles, frequency limits
for common procedures such as periodic examinations, dental cleanings, fluoride
treatments and dental x rays vary from company to company. As a general rule,
insurers will usually cover a percentage of a given procedure.
We will do our best to provide you with accurate information regarding our fees
and your insurance benefits. Please understand that until a claim is actually
filed and processed by your insurer, this information can change.
We also accept Medicaid(PeachCare) including Peach State, WellCare and
AMERIGROUP.
